“ The land is calling us back into relationship. ”

Vision for the future:

People of all ages and cultures are living in kinship with the world around them.

Land Song Exists to

Build a regenerative culture that sustains future generations and contributes to healing land, ourselves and our communities.

Support and guide people in building land knowledge. We do this through land-based experiences such as learning journeys, skills camps, and land
projects.

We are an emergent and growing collaborative or people doing land-based work committed to indigenizing our relationship to the world around us. Our work is rooted in kincentric ecology, permaculture, regenerative agriculture, and the Commons. We work closely with partners such as Ecological Design and Commons Land. If you are interested in participating or learning more about the collaborative email us at info@landsong.land.

Many of us have grown up in a culture of individualism and disconnection from land, our nonhuman kin, ourselves, and our community. We need knowledge, practices, tools, and skills to repattern ourselves into right relationship with each other and the living world around us. We can create pathways for this healing from indigenous allies, our own personal experience, and the wisdom of others.

Our Collaborative Work

Land Song’s collaborative work is about facilitating culture change that is rooted in kincentric ecology. Kincentric ecologies evolve from beliefs and values of belonging to kinship communities of plants, animals, people, and places. It is expressed through relations of reciprocity, of giving from our gifts, and taking only what we need. Many of our indigenous ancestors on Turtle Island and some living cultures practice this way of life.
